Do you provide tracking information for products?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you by email so you can follow the journey of your package to your door.

What should I do if items are missing from my order?

If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may be shipped separately. If any items are missing, rest assured, they will be delivered shortly in a second shipment.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
